Avant Garden has one simple mission: to raise the bar on fine vegan dining, and Chef Tony Mongeluzzi does it with ease. He uses his extensive ingredients – greens, fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, legumes, spices, and herbs – to create masterpieces that are creative, gorgeous, and delectable all at once. Beginning with his Toasts that include items like Fennel Hummus with caramelized fennel puree, orange, and walnut to his Hots like Pappardelle with house-made pasta, Pomodoro, and herbed gremolata. These perfectly crafted dishes allow the ingredients to be truly appreciated for their individual flavors while complementing their counterparts for a truly Avant Garde vegan experience.
