The Starbucks Reserve Roastery New York is a massive roastery is Seattle-based coffee Starbucks chain’s high-end version of the regular coffee shop. The Reserve Roastery is large and spacious and caters to more upscale clientele with trendy bars selling handcrafted cocktails, and gourmet deli-style fare. The multi-level space spans 23,000-square-feet and is the largest working coffee roasting plant in Manhattan, producing freshly roasted thoughtfully sourced beans all day, and freshly baked pastries are sourced from a local Brooklyn commissary. Specialty drinks are served from a 60-foot bar on the mezzanine known as the Arriviamo Bar and include nitro draft latte, hazelnut Bianco latte (espresso with hazelnut praline-infused), and espresso-based ganache. Other attractions at the Roastery include a 10-foot, 2,000-pound copper siren sculpture, and an ornate fireplace.
