Craving coastal vibes and classic New England charm? I say it’s time to head to Seabrook, New Hampshire! Tucked along the state’s short but stunning shoreline, Seabrook is one of my favorite low-key beach escapes. With sandy shores, great seafood, and easy access to both Massachusetts and Maine, it’s perfect whether you’re in the mood for breezy ocean walks or laid-back local adventures.

Seabrook, NH Highlights:

  • Markey's Lobster Pool: You can’t come to Seabrook without eating at Markey’s. Steamed lobster, fried clams, and a view of the marsh—what more could you want? It’s casual, delicious, and oh-so New England.
  • Seabrook Dunes and Marsh Conservation Area: When I need some quiet nature time, I head here. It’s a beautiful coastal spot filled with birds, wildflowers, and peaceful marsh views—perfect for a serene walk or a little photography.

I personally love visiting Seabrook from late spring through early fall (May–September). That’s when beach days are at their best and nearby towns come alive with summer festivals and seafood feasts. If you prefer peace and fall foliage, September and October are wonderful too—just bring a sweater and enjoy the quiet.
