Park Point and Beach House is a spacious building located in Duluth's popular Park Point Beach, managed by the Duluth Area Family YMCA. The beach house is available for special event rentals for up to 200 guests, with additional space offered within the venue's nearby beachfront pavilion. Limited kitchen amenities for catering of couples' choosing is offered within the beach house for special event rentals, along with electrical hookups and guest restrooms. Outside vendors of couples' choice are permitted for all aspects of wedding ceremonies and receptions, with coordination services offered through the building's manager. Couples should note that in order to serve alcohol at the beach house, they will need to obtain permits from the City of Duluth.
