The U.S. Postal Service Museum can be found in the U.S. Post Office’s basement. Open for tours by appointment, the museum features the largest United States postal memorabilia collection outside of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C., housing items that span the entire length of U.S. mail delivery history. Highlights of the U.S. Postal Service Museum include V-Mail from WWII, Schwinn postal bicycle, Model A mail truck, the first postage stamps in the world, and a storefront post office from the 1890’s.
