Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound has been serving up traditionally-prepared Maine lobster for over 50 years. Although there are many ways to cook a lobster, this restaurant believes that the best way is their way – fresh Maine lobster is carefully boiled to succulent perfection in pure sea water. You won’t need anything to embellish your perfect lobster, but perhaps you would enjoy some traditional sides like corn, coleslaw or potato salad.
