Coffee By Design is one of Portland’s oldest coffee spots and mainstays for great coffee. Established over 22 years ago, the old guard roaster offers single-origin coffees and blends sustainably sourced from coffee-growing countries around the world. Coffee By Design has several locations across Portland, the largest of which is the East Bayside location, which is home to a roastery and an espresso and coffee bar. The coffee shops have an industrial feel with floor-to-ceiling garage doors, and warm décor, and complimentary wireless Internet for the laptop crowd and digital nomads.
