El Rodeo first opened in the South Portland community in 2013 and strives to do everything they can to provide customers with the quality food they deserve when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. The tortilla chips are made fresh every day and the guacamole is made using freshly cut vegetables. The restaurant is well known for its great tasting margaritas and sauces, with the verde, ranchera, and mole sauces are all made fresh on-site as well. El Rodeo is open Monday to Thursday from 11:00am until 10:00pm, until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 9:30pm on Sundays.
