Maine Stay Inn & Cottages is a charming Victorian mansion set in the historic district of Camden, Maine that offers elegant bed and breakfast accommodations. Built in 1802, the grand old home was once the residence of Alden Bass before being converted into a beautifully restored and maintained bed and breakfast inn. Beautifully appointed guest rooms are decorated in a New England style with antique furnishings, king or queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, and en-suite or shared bathrooms with walk-in showers or shower/bath combinations, whirlpool tubs (suites only), thick towels and bathrobes, and organic bath products. Modern amenities include flat-screen televisions with cable channels and DVD players, iPod/MP3 player docking stations, hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards, air-conditioning, and complimentary wireless Internet. A complimentary gourmet breakfast is served in the elegant dining room every morning, which includes a variety of fresh fruit and juices, cereals and yogurts, freshly baked bread and muffins, and hot entrées along with coffee and tea.
