Review & Frequenly Asked Questions:

The largest park in Milan is without a doubt Parco Sempione, located just north of the city center and within easy walking distance to many of Milan’s biggest attractions.

This beautiful green space was built in the late 19th century in the style of traditional English gardens, and features a lot of green plants and trees, a large man-made lake, and some wonderful attractions including the Civic Aquarium of Milan, the Arena Civica, which is an amphitheatre which was inaugurated by Napoleon, and the stunning architecture of the Arco della Pace. Parco Sempione is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day of sightseeing, perhaps with a lovely picnic of local Italian food and drinks.
