Located in the Harrison in downtown Fort Wayne, Copper Spoon is a locally-owned restaurant and wine bar that offers an inventive food menu and bar program featuring classic and new-age cocktails. Cozy, upscale décor blends with intimate dining booths, tables, and seating areas on the lower level, and an expansive patio with an outdoor bar offers alfresco dining against a backdrop of beautiful views of Parkview Field. The menu focuses on using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced from local farms, artisan producers and fishermen, such as Hawkins Farm, Zinnia's Bakehouse, and Teds Market. Award-winning Chef Aaron creates sublime dishes of farm-to-table fare like coconut curry bowls, Faroe Island salmon, diver scallops, and ribeye steak. Unique wine-vending machines dispense a variety of wines, and the bar serves creative craft cocktails and craft beers on tap. Copper Spoon is open for dinner, Monday through Saturday.
