Located in the Covington Plaza, Catablu Grille offers an elegant, casual dining experience in the heart of Fort Wayne. The restaurant is based on the beautifully restored 75-year-old Cinema Blue, one of Fort Wayne's historical landmarks, and maintains the old theater's interior integrity with artworks by local artists adorning the antiqued wooden walls, industrial open ceilings, wine barrel lighting, and theatrical touches. The menu features a range of sophisticated appetizers and entrées made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients, and regional produce with signature dishes like Spice Roasted Faroe Island Salmon, Buttermilk Fried Walleye Pike, and Cauliflower Cashew Stir Fry. A granite bar offers a variety of libations ranging from casual wines from around the world, craft and draft beers on tap and by the bottle, and classic cocktails made with high-end spirits is available from the bar. Catablu Grille is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, and dinner only on Saturday.
