One of three locations in Chicago, Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse location is old-fashioned, elegant, and upscale. You’ll find it in the 4-star DoubleTree by Hilton. Gibsons sticks to what works, like giant portions of surf and turf paired with excellent martinis or superb wine from their extensive collection. The décor is as timeless as the menu, and the comfort of the fireplace combined with superb service keep the place steadily full of happy diners. Soft music from the piano bar adds to the pleasant atmosphere.
