Retaining the original structure of the building, the Inn's beautifully restored interiors give a nod to its heritage with cathedral ceiling, exposed brick walls, original wooden beams and refinished pine wood floors, while guest rooms are individually decorated to present their own unique charm and character.

Guests are treated to a gourmet multi-course breakfast each morning, as well as a wine and cheese reception in the evenings and freshly baked cookies with milk before bed. A stunning courtyard and grand ballroom offer magnificent venues for weddings and other special events for up to 200 guests. The Historic Brookstown Inn has 70 well-appointed guest rooms located across two buildings. Each guest room is individually decorated with four-poster beds dressed in handmade quilts, antique furnishings, elegant en-suite bathrooms with marble finishes, granite countertops, imperial towels, and Archive Essential bath products, and modern amenities, including in-room refrigerators, microwaves, and Keurig coffee makers. Additional room amenities include HD flat screen televisions with HBO channels, individual climate control, and daily newspaper delivery.

Standard Rooms are located in the Main Building and feature separate sleeping and small seating areas, newly renovated bathrooms with granite counter tops andmarble soaking tubs. Suites are spread over two levels with the bedroom on one level and the living areas on the other. Suites feature king or queen-size four poster beds with handmade quilts and en-suite bathrooms with garden-style tubs, while living areas have work desks and chairs, and some have decorative fireplaces. Executive Suites are ideal for the discerning traveler and feature the same amenities as the regular suites with the addition of extra space and a fully stocked wet bar.

Named after the hotel's longest working employee, The Victorian Suite is a beautifully styled Executive Queen Suite where guests can enjoy a traditional afternoon tea. The Angell Suite in memory of late Owner Mr. Don Angell and is an Executive King Suite that is perfect for a romantic getaway.The largest on the property, the Salem College Suite is a lovely Executive Two Queen Suite named for the group of women who started the Salem College, while the Old Salem Suite is an Executive Queen Suite, which reflects the historical importance of Old Salem.

A complimentary hot breakfast is served every morning with a selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee and tea.Freshly baked cookies and milk are served at bedtime, and complimentary wine and cheese reception is held every evening in the parlor. Wines featured include the Inn's own private label Chardonnay and Merlot from local Yadkin Valley vineyard, Shelton Vineyards.
