Hanging out on the patio at Icicle Brewing Company has the ambiance of a Bavarian beer garden, with picnic tables, big buildings with peaked roofs and open-shuttered windows, and street lamps hung with banners and flowers. Icicle Brewing Company is named for nearby Icicle Creek, where the brewery sources the water for their products, and many of their other ingredients are just as local, with barley and hops all coming from within the state of Washington. Some of Icicle Brewing’s beers include Kickstand Pale Ale, Bootjack IPA, Dirtyface Amber Lager, and Dark Persuasion, which is a Milk Stout that tastes like German chocolate cake.
