Topeca Coffee Roasters is a family-owned and operated coffee roastery and shop that has been growing, roasting, and selling ethically and sustainably-sourced coffee since 1850. The family business has a ‘seed-to-cup’ program that sources their coffee beans from their Ayutepeque farm in El Salvador. The company has another farm, Finca el Manzano, where the milling and roasting facilities operate today, and there are two roasteries in Tulsa. Topeca Coffee Roasters offers Seed-to-Cup tasting classes on the First Saturday of each month that explore the aspects of Specialty coffee and what separates them from commodity coffee.
