Waveny House is an historic old mansion which was built in 1912 and is owned and operated by the Town of New Canaan as a wedding and event venue. The grand old dame is surrounded by lovely gardens and fields, offering a wide selection of spaces for an outdoor ceremony, pre-reception drinks and an elegant indoor or patio reception. In addition, there are dressing suites available for the wedding party and many lovely locations for photographs. The rental rates for this venue are very affordable and you can also bring in your own caterers and bar service, which helps you to stick to your budget.
