Balboa Kayaks and Paddleboards is based in Newport Beach and focuses on short-term hiring of kayaks and cruising boats. There are single and double kayaks and two types of inflatable harbor cruisers with outboard motors. The 11 foot boat has space for four people and the 13 foot boat seats six. All equipment is rented out for 1 or 2 hours. Balboa is a year-round business and is open 7 days a week.
