Review & FAQ:
Located just north of Historic Old Town Albuquerque, Cutbow Coffee is a top-notch coffee roastery and shop roaster owned by artisan coffee roaster Paul Gallegos. Bringing more than 25 years of experience to the table, Gallegos’ exemplary skills of a true master of the craft shine through in every batch. Named after the cutbow trout, and in honor of Paul's late father, who was an avid fisherman, the charming coffee shop donates a portion of proceeds from every bag of coffee sold to the Hermit's Peak Watershed Alliance. The roastery, tasting Room, and coffee bar serves a variety of Cutbow specialty coffees, teas, and tisanes, as well as Cutbow Single Origins, Cutbow Blends, and tasting flights. Cutbow Coffee is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
