The Foundation of Doubt is the brainchild of French artist, Ben Vautier, who is known for his text-based art. The center, in Blois, is dedicated to Fluxus, a movement from the 1960s that brings together different art forms. There is 1500 square meter of exhibition space housing 300 works from 50 different artists. There are permanent displays of collections and temporary exhibits.
