The Museum of Appalachia seeks to instill knowledge and appreciation for the culture of the Appalachian Mountains people.
The museum offers self-guided tours daily and can accommodate groups, educational programs, and private events.
The Display Barn houses the museum's collections of relics and artifacts throughout two floors. Visitors should also explore The Village which is a replica of a pioneer village as well as The Hall of Fame, the largest building on the campus.
The Hall of Fame is the three-story antebellum estate with over 15,000 square feet of exhibit and special events space.
