The restaurant forms one of the focal points of the Los Poblanos organic farm in the beautiful Rio Grande River Valley and many of the ingredients you find on your plate will have been freshly harvested right on the farm. The interior offers a warm and relaxing ambiance and there is a veranda dining area for fair-weather days. The fine-dining menu changes with the seasons to showcase everything that is fresh and delicious, and you will always find an interesting selection of appetizers, innovative and flavorsome entrees and sides.
