Getting to Yellowstone is part of the adventure: wide-open skies, mountain views from the plane window, and that feeling of excitement as you land near one of America’s greatest natural wonders. Whether I’m flying in for geysers or grizzlies, there’s an airport that gets me close.
I’m touching down at Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), the only U.S. airport inside a national park—with the Tetons rising up like a welcome sign. I love landing here so much because it means that I'm just hours away from some of the most stunning scenery in the world.
If I want direct access to Yellowstone’s west entrance, Yellowstone Airport (WYS) in West Yellowstone, Montana is just minutes away—perfect in summer. For year-round options, Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) offers great connectivity and a scenic drive to the north entrance. And if I’m combining parks, Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) gives me a smooth path to Yellowstone and Grand Teton alike.
"From runway to ridge line—Yellowstone is always worth the flight."
