The Moana Surfrider is sometimes called “The First Lady of Waikiki” because the hotel has been open for over 100 years. First established in 1901, the Moana Surfrider has aged very gracefully indeed, and today it remains a staple of Waikiki Beach, with a seamless mix of Victorian class and contemporary Hawaiian style.
