Review:

When it comes to the underdogs of beaches, Sugar Beach in Kihei, Hawaii definitely comes to mind. Although it is one of Maui’s largest beaches, it generally remains unnoticed, making it perfect for guests who want to enjoy all the Maui has to offer without having to deal with crowded and, at times, rowdy beaches. The beach is known locally as Kealia Beach and features 2.5 miles of shoreline stretching from north Kihei all the way to Ma’alaea’s Haycraft Park. Conditions at Sugar Beach are great for kayakers, windsurfers, and kite surfers, but it’s important to note that there are no rest rooms at the beach.
