Visitors looking for a historic retreat in the Delaware River Valley will enjoy their time at the Golden Pheasant Inn. Built in 1857, it is the longest continuously operating restaurant/hotel along the Delaware Canal. Located near both New York City and Philadelphia, it is well situated for exploring either city as well as the surrounding areas.
Each of the four guest rooms is decorated with a blend of antique and updated furnishings and boasts a view of the water. A complimentary breakfast of coffee/tea, juices, pastries, cereals, yogurts, and a freshly prepared hot entree is served in the dining room each morning.
