The historic Hassayampa Inn in Prescott has a rather unique story in that it was built using one dollar shares from the Prescott community, who had decided they needed a “grand” hotel where everyone could meet and have fun. The resulting red-brick building is still much the same as it was when it was completed in 1927, but has been brought thoroughly up to date to meet the needs of today’s discerning clientele. The guestrooms have retained some historic elements while adding modern necessities like TV’s, coffee makers and more; the whirlpool Suite is ideally suited to a romantic getaway.
