The Big Sur River Inn was actually the first hotel and restaurant in Big Sur and it remains incredibly popular. It used to be known as the Apple Pie Inn and provides plenty of chances to soak up the sun while enjoying a relaxing stay. Riverside Suites overlook the redwood-lined Big Sur River and the expansive lawn. They have king size beds, coffeemakers, TVs, and trundle-style beds in a living room. Motel Style Rooms have one to two queen beds, wireless internet, and TVs. Every room is non-smoking. The common areas of the inn have free wireless internet for your convenience. The inn has an outdoor pool perfect for cooling off, along with a sun-dappled deck next to it for those who want to sunbathe. You will even find an on-site gas station.
