The two main rooms of the guard house include a kitchen for catering operations and a large event space that will seat up to 100 people in a reception setting. There is also a beautiful wrap-around veranda which offers some outdoor space for a reception. Renting the guard house for a wedding includes the use of round or rectangular tables as well as chairs.
