Review:

Cotton & Rye is a contemporary gastropub set in a former 1950s bank with a deck that serves creative New American fare and an extensive selection of drinks from a full-service all-American bar. The highly acclaimed restaurant has a utilitarian, mid-century feel with an expert culinary team that fuses modern techniques with traditional cooking methods to produce a menu of eclectic Southern fare. Dishes are made from scratch with special treats like inhouse-made sausage and pâté, freshly baked bread, inhouse-made sausage and pâté, grass-fed and locally sourced meats and cheeses, and homemade tomato jam. The cuisine is accompanied by signature cocktails such as prickly-pear margaritas made with Herradura Blanco and jalapeño syrup and Sazerac bitters ice that changes the flavor. Cotton & Rye is open for dinner only, Monday through Saturday.
