Styled after the coffee café culture of Australia, The Collins Quarter is a combination of café, restaurant, and bar that serves house-roasted coffee and specialty coffee drinks, and Australian-accented meals. Established to pair a unique specialty coffee experience with innovative cuisine in a casual café environment, the Collins Quarter is owned by Melbournian native Anthony Debreceny who wanted to bring the stylish coffee culture of Melbourne to Savannah. Signature plates include Smashed Avocado on artisan seeded toast with feta, heirloom tomatoes, and shaved radishes; Leo's Aussie Brekkie of Italian sausage, Cheshire Farms smoked bacon, and eggs; Shortrib Hash; Eggs Benedict; Biscuits and Gravy; and Brioche French Toast. The Collins Quarter is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week.
