Consisting of more than 200 acres dedicated to supporting the local community and outdoor recreation, Frank Brown Park features walking trails, a freshwater fishing lake, a saltwater fishing pier, picnic areas, playgrounds, and more. In addition to its amenities open year-round to the public, the park also contains a Community and Senior Center, which hosts club meetings, classes, and special events of various interests for people of all ages. There is also a 22-acre Festival Site at Frank Brown Park's Festival Grounds that hosts many different events and tournaments throughout the year, such as the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam.
