Renowned for being the country’s first undersea park, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is located on Key Largo and spans over 70 nautical square miles of Atlantic Ocean waters which are home to a wide diversity of marine life. The park features colorful coral reefs teeming with marine life that can be explored on glass-bottom boat tours, kayaks, and canoes or by snorkeling and scuba-diving. The park offers camping for RVs only with water, electricity, sewerage, cable television, and complimentary wireless Internet. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities in the park, including picnicking, hiking, swimming, and exploring the coral reefs by snorkeling or scuba-diving.
