Ceviche 595 is a popular restaurant in Davie that was opened by Luis Serrano, a Peruvian chef who learned his fine art of cooking in northern Peru. After several years, Serrano decided to move to the United States and spent many years working in various Peruvian kitchens in the country before choosing to take the next adventure of opening a restaurant of his own. He first opened a restaurant in South Florida in the summer of 2002, followed by Ceviche 595 in 2016.
