After an inspiring visit to Spain in 2014, Chiringo owner Andy McKoski teamed up with some of his friends to establish his very own version of a chiringo right in the heart of Grayton Beach. The resulting restaurant serves perfect beach-style food prepared from fresher-than-fresh local Gulf seafood and fish, served alongside colorful salads, zesty sauces and your choice of side dishes.
