Review:
One of the most popular of the Islamorada beaches, Anne's Beach is located at mile marker 73.5 on the Atlantic side of Islamorada.
This is a pet-friendly and family-friendly location that attracts a lot of visitors.
As one of the main touristic spots at Islamorada, Anne's Beach can get quite crowded and busy from time to time, especially in the summer, but there's a lot of sand here, so even on the sunniest and brightest days, you can still find a quiet spot to sit down for a picnic or relaxing sunbathing session.
If you do arrive on a busy day, one of the key tips at this beach is to walk away from the boardwalk down towards the calmer and quieter areas. If you don't mind the crowds, however, the boardwalk is a super spot to spend some time and can be followed to a small picnic area with pavilions and tables.
The most popular activities at Anne's Beach are sunbathing and swimming, but snorkeling and catamaran sailing are popular here too. If you do decide to bring a furry friend along with you to Anne’s beach, be sure to keep them on a leash at all times and clean up to keep the beach as pretty as possible for future visitors.
