The Local House serves up a seafood-centric menu in this lovely restaurant located in the Sense Beach House Hotel. The decor is decidedly ocean chic, with model ships on display, rustic wood- paneled bars, and seating, tables, and light fixtures that would look more at home on a yacht than on land. Guests can peruse the breakfast menu while enjoying a Bloody Mary, Kir Royale, glass or a pitcher of mimosa or Bellini, or one of The Local House’s other great breakfast cocktails.
