Frances Slocum State Park is a 1,035-acre multi-use park. Fishing, wildlife spotting, hiking, mountain biking, and boating are some of the many activities that visitors enjoy in the park.
Francs Slocum State Park also has a swimming pool that is open during the summer months, picnic areas that are available year-round, and a 700-acre hunting and trapping area.
The park has 13 miles of trails that are suitable for walking, hiking, and mountain biking. There is an onsite campground with 100 campsites, some of which have trailer hookups. Lastly, winter visitors can use the park for cross-country skiing, sledding, ice-skating, and ice fishing.
