The library, which has five branches and a bookmobile, has extensive collections of books as well as other reading formats like e-books. The library offers a range of programs, services, and classes that provide people with access to information, learning opportunities, and socializing. The library’s goal is to create a culture of creativity, curiosity, and learning in Erie and its surrounding areas by providing easy access to relevant and accurate information as well as the chance to meet other people. Some of the library’s current programs are kids’ story times, computer classes, yoga for pre-school kids, book clubs, Lego construction, the Blasco Library Concert Series, and much more.
