Bayou Bakery is a popular New Orleans-style restaurant in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, located within Arlington, Virginia's Courthouse neighborhood. The restaurant is helmed by executive chef David Guas, known as the host of Travel Channel's "American Grilled" show, and has been acclaimed by international publications such as Southern Living, Food and Wine, and Bon Appétit for its gourmet Louisiana-style delicacies.
