St Joseph Catholic Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located on Kundek Street in Jasper. It was founded in 1837 by a Croatian missionary priest named Father Joseph Kundek, and the first church was a small log cabin.
Built between 1867 and 1904, the current church is a large solid sandstone block church built in the Romanesque Revival style and includes a 235 feet high bell tower and steeple.
The interior of the church is beautiful with its 14 columns, three Italian marble altars, statues, colorful mosaics, and much more.
In 1980 the church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
