Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse is a new dining destination in Pigeon Forge, opened to the public in 2019. The restaurant follows in the tradition of Brazil's gaucho-style steakhouses, offering unique churrasco-style dining experiences in a rustic dining environment. Premium grilled meats are seasoned to perfection, prepared on skewers and carved by highly-skilled passadores directly at buffet tables. Diners can choose from more than 40 selections on the restaurant's Harvest and Chef's Tables, including 12 prime cuts of meat, ranging from picanha-style ground beef and bacon-wrapped filet mignon to linguica picante sausage and smoked chicken thighs. Fresh gourmet salads, cured cheeses, and hand-cut steamed vegetables are also on the buffet menu, along with traditional Brazilian favorites like savory black bean stew feijoada.
