Review:

Located on Discovery Park Boulevard, Discovery Park is the largest park in Seattle, covering 534 acres.

Operated by the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department, it is a natural park that occupies most of what used to be the Fort Lawton site. The park, located on Magnolia Bluff, looks out over Puget Sound and the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. There are many paths and trails that wind through the park.

The park’s landscapes are kept in a mostly natural state and include open meadows, forests, sand dunes, sea cliffs, and more. Picnic tables, a children’s play area, and tennis courts are some of the facilities.
