Gemma Restaurant is a casual California-inspired new American eatery and one of Dallas’ most popular and inviting restaurants.
Owned by Allison Yoder and Stephen Rogers, who previously worked in the Napa Valley, the menu and wine list have a distinct Californian influence, from the relaxed casual ambiance and excellent service to the exciting and seasonal menu and compelling wine list.
Enjoy wintery dishes such as tender braised veal cheeks, served with Japanese turnips, carrots and cipollini onions on black peppery spaetzel, or house-made cavatelli with wild boar ragú, while summer sees lighter delights, such as grilled striped bass with summer beans, tomato and toasted cashew gremolata. Dessert consists of cream cheese crêpes with huckleberry compote and Meyer lemon ice cream.
