Review:
Toast is an independent American-style restaurant in Littleton, open for breakfast and lunch service daily. The restaurant, which was opened by owners Bill Blake and Jason Parfenoff, specialized in upscale American cuisine crafted with locally-sourced ingredients such as Izzio's Artisan Bakery, Coda coffee, and Colorado's own Polidori sausage. All meals are prepared from scratch, including clever breakfast offerings such as creative eggs Benedict varieties, interesting breakfast burritos, and sweet and savory variants of French toast. Delicious sandwiches are also available for lunch, from classic options such as triple-decker club sandwiches and reubens with locally-sourced corned beef to unique varieties such as grilled Granny Smith apple, fig, and brie sandwiches. Soups and sandwiches are also served, along with a variety of creative coffee shop beverages.
