The restaurant offers spectacular mountain and lake views from its dining room adjacent to Evergreen Lake, serving up delectable dishes all prepared from scratch within the restaurant's kitchen. Brunch, lunch, and dinner service are served up throughout the week, with frequently rotating menus prepared with locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. Popular dishes include the restaurant's Boulder natural brick chicken, George's Bank scallops, barramundi with citrus chimichurri, and housemade Italian sausage pasta.
