When the sun starts to shine and the clouds fade away, there's no better place to spend your time than down on the beach. Unfortunately, many people live in locations far from the beach or where the weather tends to be too cold or rainy to really enjoy the classic seafront activities like swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and surfing. That's why, each year, many people choose to book vacations to sunny locations all around the world. The islands and nations of the Caribbean are a perfect example. Out in the Caribbean, the sun never stops shining, the waters are always warm, and the scenery is always beautiful enough to leave you breathless. CDC information for travelers. 1.Frigate Bay

Frigate Bay

The Frigate Bay area has historically been one of the main touristic spots on St Kitts. A lot of big hotels and great quality restaurants can therefore be found near Frigate Bay's beaches, so this is a good area to base yourself for a full day of fun in the sun. You can spend a few hours working on your tan or wading out into the calm waters before walking a short distance and sitting down for a great meal at one of the local eateries along 'The Strip'. The bars here are very popular and can get quite lively in the evenings, but the beaches never seem too noisy. Head to Frigate Bay North if you're looking for peace and tranquility and Frigate Bay South for a little more action.

Some of St Kitts' beaches can get frustratingly crowded and busy. Some people don't mind a lively atmosphere and big crowds, but if you're coming to this tropical paradise to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, you're better off heading over to Majors Bay. This beach doesn't get busy too often at all and is nicely situated on the southeastern part of the island, quite close to the ferry crossing point between St Kitts and Nevis. With powdery golden sand and warm blue waters, the conditions here are just right for sunbathing and swimming, but there aren't any bars or restaurants in the area for now.

This beach is a little tricky to access, being situated at the end of a bumpy dirt road, but it's definitely deserving of your time.
