Built in 1903, but recently renovated in the 21st century, The Omni King Edward Hotel used its $40 million makeover to celebrate its old-world charm while completely transforming guest rooms, event spaces, the restaurant and bar, and various meeting spaces. The hotel is home to two restaurants of note, Victoria’s Restaurant and Consort Bar, which also underwent a complete renovation alongside the hotel. The menus have been updated to include local and seasonal ingredients while putting an emphasis on classic cooking methods.
