THE US GRANT has 270 guest rooms, including 43 different suites. Many of the hotel’s rooms are Superior Guest Rooms, which are beautifully decorated with French and Native American art displays and empire-style furnishings. The Superior Guest Rooms also have a standing mirror and the beds are made up with Italian linens and framed by a Yves Clement headboard. With the Superior Guest room, guests can choice from a king sized bed or two double beds, both with pillow top luxury collection bedding. It is important to note that the Superior Guest Room has limited views as its windows face the interior of the hotel.
Another option available to guests is the Deluxe Guest Room. This room is 350 square feet in size and has a magnificent dark wood entryway that leads guests into a sweeping room with nine-foot ceilings. This room is also adorned with historical art displays, plush carpeting, and a comfortable king or set of double beds. All of the hotel beds are made with the highest quality linens, ensuring absolute comfort. If guests want to upgrade from the Deluxe Guest room, they can do so by reserving the Grand Deluxe Guest Room or the Grand Deluxe with a tub. The Grand Deluxe Guest Room has a similar ambiance that of the Deluxe Guest room and Superior Guest Room. However, it is larger and located in preferred areas of the hotel. A preferred area of the hotel is an area that offers views of the city and its excitement. The Grand Deluxe with tub Suite is a 300 to 425-square-foot room that is found on the top floor of the hotel in its own quiet nook. Surrounded by mesmerizing and authentic art, guests who stay in this room can relax and soak in the private whirlpool tub.
If guests are looking to splurge and experience even more luxury, they can check out the Legacy, Landmark, or Signature Suites. The Legacy Suite has an open studio layout with a partially separated living room and bedroom. It is furnished with empire style furnishings and refined, comfortable couches and chairs. The walls are covered in magnificent artwork, and the 475-square-foot space is perfect for business or leisure activities. The Landmark Suite is even bigger with a separate living room and King bedroom. If guests want to upgrade to the Landmark Suite, they might want to consider the Ulysses Suite as well, which offers the same amenities as the Landmark Suite but is instead located on the top floor. The Ulysses Suite offers guests their very own dining room and two full baths.
If guests want the best of the best, they can reserve the 770-square foot Signature Suite, which boasts a bedroom, living room, and dining room, as well as a 10 by 10 foot walk-in marble shower. The US Grant also offers an Event Planner Suite for event planning personnel who are busy at work but also need some time for relaxation. This suite has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate salon area.
Other lavish options include the 1300-square-foot two floor Presidential Suite and Presidential Penthouse. The Presidential Suite includes a living and dining area, a table for six, a butler pantry, and a balcony that overlooks the city and bay. On the second floor, guests of the Presidential Suite can find the master bedroom and king sized bed set atop a silk carpet.
The Presidential Penthouse, originally a radio station in 1939, is the eleventh floor rooftop suite and the most luxurious of the accommodations. This suite has breathtaking views of the city and the bay and offers its guests a combined living room and dining room area, a master bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower.
