As well as spa treatments, The Spa at Torrey Pines has a full-service hair salon, and offers manicures and pedicures.

Massages services include traditional massage offerings as well as speciality treatments. The spa has Swedish massage with its long, soothing strokes, hot basalt stone therapy, massages designed to relieve deep muscle tension, and aromatherapy massages that draw on 4,500 years of aroma-based treatment. Shiatsu and acupressure are on the menu, both of which release blocked energy and stimulate the body’s natural healing process. The Head over Heels massage pampers hands, feet, and scalp, and the Torrey Pines Par-fection massage is perfect for after golf, as it indulges the entire body, with an emphasis on the tired forearms that a round of golf will cause.

Facials at The Spa at Torrey Pines concentrate on anti-aging treatments. A varied list of ingredients are used, including Alpha and Beta hydroxyl and Vitamin C, all aimed at lifting, firming, and rejuvenating aging skin.

The Spa at Torrey Pines is a leader in the field of water therapy. Guests of the spa can soak in seawater to soothe muscles and enhance relaxation, can enjoy the softening and smoothing benefits of a milk bath, or take a dip in water enhanced with vanilla, bergamot, and rose to ease muscle tension and leave the skin silky smooth.
